From the North (Greenfield, Brattleboro):
- Head south on I-91 S.
- Take Exit 20 for MA-5 N/US-5 N toward Northampton Center.
- Merge onto MA-5 N/US-5 N/Bridge Rd.
- Continue to follow MA-5 N/US-5 N.
- Turn right onto Main St.
- Haven Body Arts will be on your left at 108 Main St #2, on the second floor.
From the South (Springfield, Hartford):
- Head north on I-91 N.
- Take Exit 18 for US-5 toward Northampton/Hatfield.
- Merge onto North King St/US-5 N.
- Continue to follow US-5 N.
- Turn left onto Main St.
- Haven Body Arts will be on your left at 108 Main St #2, on the second floor.
From the East (Boston, Worcester):
- Take I-90 W (Massachusetts Turnpike) toward I-290 W/Worcester/Springfield.
- Merge onto I-290 W via Exit 10 toward Worcester/I-395.
- Merge onto I-91 N via Exit 4 toward Springfield.
- Take Exit 18 for US-5 toward Northampton/Hatfield.
- Merge onto North King St/US-5 N.
- Continue to follow US-5 N.
- Turn left onto Main St.
- Haven Body Arts will be on your left at 108 Main St #2, on the second floor.
From the West (Berkshires, Albany):
- Take I-90 E (Massachusetts Turnpike) toward Springfield.
- Merge onto I-91 N via Exit 4 toward Springfield.
- Take Exit 18 for US-5 toward Northampton/Hatfield.
- Merge onto North King St/US-5 N.
- Continue to follow US-5 N.
- Turn left onto Main St.
- Haven Body Arts will be on your left at 108 Main St #2, on the second floor.
Please note that the studio is on the second floor, and there is metered street parking, public parking lots, and parking available in Thorne’s Marketplace’s parking structure in the vicinity. Safe travels!
