What is a Nacho??? |
| Nacho is a dog. Yes, a dog. Not a large rat, stuffed animal, or some sort of cloning experiment gone horribly awry. He is a Chinese Crested poochie. Where exactly Nacho came from is unknown. |  |

What we DO know about Nacho is that he was originally going to be used as a breader dog. Quite the stud if we do say so ourselves... |
| Now, some Chinese Crested doggies have been know to have genetic defects which result in physcial characteristics not found in the"normal" population. Basically Nacho was supposed to look like a My Little Pony (See fig 1), and instead ended up looking like well...Nacho. (See fig 2) The main differences being that Nacho lost almost all of his teeth and all of his hair is falling out. |

| Also for reasons unknown, perhaps because of his appearance and undesireable genetics, Nacho was abused by his original owner. He would eventually find himself in a no kill shelter where he would wait for over a year before someone would claim him. |
Meanwhile, somewhere in Western Mass....Penelope was watching the "Worlds Ugliest Dog" competition on TV. A collector of all things odd and or misfit (she already had adopted a lizard with a bone disorder by this point), Penelope decided she wanted one of these "ugly" dogs. And so the search began...Penelope would eventually find the shelter where Nacho had been staying and spoke with one of the caretakers. The conversation went something like this: |

And so Nacho was shipped in a silly little blue sailor outfit to his new home. He has since been a spoiled little doggie who gets to play, eat yummy things, and enjoy life. |
| He even has a new career in marketing and promotions, and regularly helps Penelope and HBA conduct business! However...he does get a bit over zealous on occasion as we can see here...this was during Christmas...he gets like this around the holidays.... |  |
